4 Day Ayahuasca Retreats with Machu Picchu

At the retreat we take care of the balance and planning for you, to give you time to connect with your true spirit. We practice meditation techniques for your mind, amazonian cleanses for your body and ayahuasca ceremonies for your spirit.

  • Day 1: Departure to Centre (5 PM) - Amazonian Cleanse - Retreat Introduction - (M)
  • Day 2: Fast - Consultation - Holotropic Meditation - Ayahuasca Ceremony
  • Day 3: Breakfast - Consultation - Lunch - Meditation - Ayahuasca Ceremony
  • Day 4: Early Day - Train to Machu Picchu - Guided Tour - Return train to Cusco
  • MACCHU PICCHU DAY:

  • Leave by Transport at 4:30 AM to.Ollantaytambo
  • Take the train by 6:10 AM to Aguas Calientes
  • Arrive in Aguas Calientes at 7:40 AM
  • Meet Guide and get on bus to Machu Picchu 8:00 AM
  • Enter Machu Picchu Archeological Site 8:30 AM
  • Fully Guided Tour from 9-11:30 AM
  • Free time for walking the ground
  • Return on the bus to Aguas Calientes 12:30 PM
  • Arrive Aguas Calientes 1:00 PM
  • Time to go to shopping, museums, hot springs and more. 1:00-6:00 PM
  • Train to Ollantaytambo 6:30 PM
  • Arrive Ollantaytambo 8:30 PM
  • Meet Driver to go to Cusco
  • Arrive in Cusco at 10:30 PM
  • Accomodations

    We are an hour out to the sacred valley of Cusco and here you can hear the birds sing and see the stars shine bright at night. The bedrooms are shared, two to a room, unless private accomodation is requested at an extra charge. We do separate between male and female guests. The space is Andean designed and there are hot showers. The ceremony room is open during the day for meditations, as well as the outdoor space. This is your home while at the retreat and you will have everything you need.

    The Diet

    We continue to practice the ayahuasca diet during the retreat. Many of our participants are suprised at the delicious meals made on this diet. Maybe we will have to do a cookbook! Peruvian favorites we use are quinoa, kiwicha, sautees and smoothies. It helps that all of the fruit and vegetables we use are fresh and organic. There will be hearty and soothing meals with Peruvian flavors to sustain your energy with sufficent protein for hiking, meditation and yoga.
